How much of the body you would like showing in the image.

The style of commission you would like.

Whether or not you would like shading.

A general “feeling” or theme in the image.

Whether or not you would like a background, and a background idea if relevant.

Clothing references.

Accessories.

Etc.

Do not send payment until I ask for one. If you send payment before it is requested I will consider it a donation.

Payment will be asked for once all information is gathered and your order is confirmed.

I only accept payment through paypal and zelle unless stated otherwise.

A slot is not secured until a payment is made, please try to make payment within a week of ordering your commission.

I may give a partial refund if something comes up for you depending on how far into the image I am.

I may give a refund if I no longer feel like I can work on your image, as I have the right to refuse work.

ONCE ART IS COMPLETE, IT IS COMPLETELY NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. IF A REFUND IS GIVEN, YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ORDER FROM ME AGAIN, AND I MAY USE YOUR COMMISSION LINES AS A YCH, ADOPT, OR OTHERWISE IN ORDER TO MAKE FUNDS BACK. I WILL MAKE CHANGES NEEDED TO MAKE IT DIFFERENT FROM YOUR CHARACTER.

Please remember that a refund may take time because I do send payments to my bank account after I have started a commission so that I can pay my bills.

You will receive updates on how your commission is going throughout the process. The first thing you will be getting is a sketch! Once a sketch is completed and approved I will not be making any changes or alterations to the character outline or pose, so be sure to ask for any changes that may be needed when you see the sketch! After you've approved the sketch you will not get another WIP until the colors are completed.

I have the right to delete work after it is finished. You will be expected to save the full resolution file from FA or the link I send you when your work is finished, but if you lose it, it is not guaranteed that I will keep it in my computer or on any other site.

I have the right to refuse work.

I have the right to post and copy my work, even if it is of your character.

I have the right to reuse poses. Please keep in mind that you cannot copyright a body movement.

You cannot remove any signatures/watermarks I place on your art.

I have the right to refuse to send you my layer files. When you pay for my art, you are paying for the finished product as a JPG or PNG image, not my layer file, or parts of t.

If for any reason I do not receive payment for artwork that I have done, or it is refunded by request, I have the right to re-sell that work whether it be through prints, YCH, advertisements, or adoptables.

I have the right to alter my terms of service at any point in time without prior notification, however, I will inform you immediately after the terms have changed.

You have the right to re-post any art that I have done for you to your gallery as well as edit, crop, add text, and alter the commission as long as you credit me as the artist and link back to my FurAffinity page with an icon link.

You have the right to print your commission and make copies as long as you do NOT make profit from MY work.

I will not violate your rights as your character's owner, in order to use my drawing of your character in any advertisements, or work to be profited from such as prints, pillowcases, ect, I will require your written permission. However, if payment is not made, or is "refunded" by paypal through a dispute, this right will be void.
